This is a double page spread from a book which I illustrated last year. It is the most resent illustration work that I am able to show you. I have worked on three books since this but they are not yet published. It may not be obvious but the stars in the pic on the upper left are foil. Also there are two flaps to lift on the right hand page which when lifted show a volcano erupting and a meteor strike. Sorry that the stitching on this isn't spot on.
Also I should say this is me working to a tight brief. The art director says draw me a cute dino flying a kite and I do it.
These are wonderful! When I was younger I was obsessed with dinosaurs, so this is really fun to see. Your transitions between the realistic dinosaur and the cartoon ones is really cool.
Honestly I would really like to see a dinosaur play a saxophone like that
Thank you . It was the art directors idea to use both realistic and cute dinos. I wasn't sure that it was a good idea at first, I pretty soon changed my mind. She is a great art director! and a pleasure to work with.

There's a lane that leads to fairyland... it's just a breath away.

To see a world in a Grain of Sand,
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.
